Dr. Kettelhut specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, chronic rashes, and other immune-mediated skin conditions. She believes every patient deserves the time to be heard, thoroughly evaluated, and actively involved in their treatment plan.
Margaret specializes in thorough skin cancer screenings, suspicious mole evaluations, FotoFinder Total Body Mole Mapping, digital dermoscopy, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical skin conditions, including acne, eczema, rosacea, hair loss, rashes, and other dermatologic concerns.

Following the success of Valeriya Life Medical Spa, Valeriya recognized the need for greater access to comprehensive dermatology care and skin cancer screening. That vision led to the creation of Elkhorn Dermatology, where modern diagnostic technology and personalized patient care work together to support lifelong skin health.
Drawing on her background in biomedical informatics research and public health, Valeriya helped integrate advanced skin imaging technologies into the practice. Tools such as FotoFinder Mole Mapping and VISIA Skin Analysis support comprehensive skin evaluations, preventive care, and informed treatment planning.
As Elkhorn Dermatology’s Clinical Skincare Specialist and founder of Valeriya Life Skincare, Valeriya helps patients understand provider recommendations and select appropriate over-the-counter skincare products to support their treatment plans.

Vlad Matveyev, BA, serves as Clinic Manager at Elkhorn Dermatology, overseeing day-to-day operations, patient experience, technology, and strategic practice growth to help ensure every patient receives a seamless, organized, and welcoming experience. From the first phone call to check-in and checkout, Vlad works closely with patients to coordinate appointments, answer questions, assist with registration, and help guide them through every step of their visit.
Beyond patient care coordination, Vlad manages many aspects of the clinic’s daily operations, helping maintain an efficient, professional, and well-organized environment for both patients and staff. His responsibilities include overseeing office operations, maintaining inventory, coordinating clinic logistics, and supporting the clinic’s continued success and long-term development.
Vlad also leads the clinic’s digital presence, managing the website, local SEO, social media, patient education, and marketing initiatives that help connect more patients throughout Omaha and the surrounding communities with advanced dermatologic care. Working alongside the clinical team, he is committed to ensuring every interaction with the clinic reflects the same professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail patients receive during their appointments.
