Full-Body Skin Examination with ATBM FotoFinder - $375

One hour visit includes:

Head-to-toe skin examination
ATBM FotoFinder comprehensive full-body mole mapping
Same-day dermoscopic evaluation of moles and lesions
Personalized risk assessment and surveillance recommendations
Cryosurgical treatment of up to five eligible lesions during the visit
Comprehensive skin report with educational materials
Complimentary SPF 50 sunscreen
Biopsy recommentation if clinically indicated (billed separately)

Full-Body Skin Examination Follow-Up Visit - $225

This follow-up appointment may include:

Review of interval medical history and new skin concerns
Comparison of current total-body images with baseline ATBM FotoFinder images
Digital mole mapping analysis for new or changing lesions
Dermoscopic evaluation of selected lesions
Clinical assessment of lesion evolution or suspicious findings
Personalized risk assessment and surveillance recommendations
Biopsy recommendation if clinically indicated (billed separately)
Ongoing skin cancer prevention education and guidance

Focused Lesion Evaluation with Dermoscopy - $99

• Evaluation of up to three new or changing lesions of concern
• High-resolution clinical photography
• Advanced digital dermoscopic imaging using FotoFinder technology
• Expert review by a licensed dermatology provider
• Provider follow-up within 24 business hours with recommended next steps

Additional Information

Medical Coding Receipts: Upon request, we provide receipts that include applicable diagnosis and procedure codes to assist with submission to your health insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Pathology Charges: If you have insurance coverage, pathology fees will be billed directly to your insurance provider by the pathology laboratory. For patients without insurance, an out-of-pocket fee will be provided in advance.
Laboratory and Pathology Services: All laboratory and pathology testing is performed by independent facilities. We partner with select laboratories that offer cost-effective options for our patients, with or without insurance coverage. Patients may also choose to use a laboratory of their preference and submit services through their insurance plan.
Suture Removal: Suture removal is included in the cost of surgical procedures.

Elkhorn Dermatology in Omaha provides comprehensive medical, cosmetic, and preventive dermatology services. Our medical dermatology offerings include skin cancer risk assessment and screening for melanoma and non melanoma skin cancers, skin lesion evaluation and biopsies, patch testing for contact dermatitis, and diagnosis and treatment of acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and eczema.
